Our Nurses

Strong in commitment to providing quality care to their patients. They are compassionate, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. They also has a strong work ethic, well-organized, and able to manage their time effectively. Additionally, they have a strong knowledge base in their field and are always looking for ways to continue their education and improve their skills. our nurses also has a positive attitude and respectful to their patients and colleagues, able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.

Our Surgical Technicians

Have a skill and knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile technique, Have attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and protocols. Strong communication skills to effectively work with the surgical team. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Sense of responsibility and a commitment to patient safety. Ability to maintain a sterile environment. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks, Strong work ethic and positive attitude, Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills to handle unexpected situations. Strong interpersonal skills to work well with diverse surgical teams, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists. Ability to remain calm and focused during emergency situations. Ability to follow strict rules and protocols for infection control and patient safety. 

Our Medical Assistants

Are healthcare professionals who works alongside physicians, mainly in outpatient or ambulatory care facilities, to perform administrative and clinical tasks. They are trained  for maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, preparing exam rooms, collecting vital signs, and helping the physician during examination and procedures. Our Medical Assistants have good communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They also perform basic laboratory tests, administer medications, and assist in routine procedures. 

Our Sterile Processing Technicians

Also known as a Central Service Technician, are healthcare professional who are responsible for decontaminating, sterilizing, and distributing medical instruments and equipment used in surgical procedures and other medical settings. They ensure that instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, packaged, sterilized and stored, and are available for use when needed. Also they maintain accurate records of the sterilization process and monitor the quality of sterilization procedures. To perform their duties, Our Sterile Processing Technician have a strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and knowledge of sterilization and decontamination techniques.
